I got a request for new photos.
Landed on July 9, 2015
New photos requested on October 6, 2015
Letter received on October 13, 2015
Photos not sent yet.

Photos have to sent to the address below. But I don't have the courier address.

For sending the new photos, can someone please tell me the courier address for this address:

Case Processing Centre -
Permanent Residence Card
P.O. Box 4500
Sydney, Nova Scotia
B1P 6L1

I want to send from outside Canada. And the courier company does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Would be much appreciated.

I would suggest to contact CIC for mailing address. But i am not sure if you can mention to CIC that you are not living in Canada after landing.

If i would be in your place, i send photographs to my friend & ask my friend to post to PO BOX

I landed on 24th June and called CIC call center yesterday, was told that I should retake a new photo. But I don't receive the letter yet.
Could you please copy your letter here? So I would know that besides a new photo, what else I should send to them,such as some form.

by the way, the callcenter agent gave me the the same post address as above.

If you applied for a Permanent Resident Card and the Case Processing Centre requires that you provide new photos, you must send them according to the photo specifications with a Supplementary Identification form (IMM 5455) to the following address:

why you guys are in rush to get photograph on PR card man, people here are not getting anything and you are in hurry for new photograph on PR card

its not for new photo in PR card buddy.. After landing CIC is not sending PR cards & requesting for new photographs. so we need to wait new waiting time. So after landing, we are not able to leave the country.

As per CIC care, we need to wait again waiting period. But i read one of the blog, PR card came in 2 weeks.. Lets hope for the best. ??? Please let me know if you got any update, i am in same boat with you..

Hello. My case is as follows

CIC wont tell anything called them last week. They told me to wait the normal processing time before they can open the file and check. Strange !!
