Request for Transcripts from Jadavpur Univerisity, India

Hi All,

I have a question. I need to request Jadavpur University, India for Transcripts. Do I first have to send them the attested photocopies of all my mark sheets and then they can provide the transcripts?
Do they provide the transcripts in sealed envelope?
Can they courier the transcripts to my authorised address??
