I applied online for TWP for myself and for OWP for my spouse and TRV for my dependent child.
I received 3 messages from CIC stating that:
"This is in reference to your application for temporary residence. A decision has been made on your application. We
require your passport to finalize processing your application."
Does this means the visa is approved?
Also there is VAC office in my country and I can send the passport through it but It is much much more expensive than to send via DHL for example.
I need to send my passport to the embassy in Vienna. Does anyone have experience with this. On their web site they say:
"All passports received by mail or private courier will be returned by registered mail to the mailing address indicated on your application form.
If you wish to have your passport returned by private courier, you must include with your passport a completed pre-paid return airway bill which ensures collection services."
What does the bold mean?
Can I pre-paid to DHL and send a copy of that with my passports or?
