We got a request for additional documents on 2/12. We made an error of omission on our application. We had to apply for another police certificate so we did not respond until 2/24. Per the instructions we sent a letter and supporting documents to an email address. GCKey has not been updated and we did not get acknowledgement. They were having server issues earlier this week I'm concerned they never got our email. Do you think there is any danger in sending them again? I discovered we can also upload the documents requested to GCKey but we are not able to upload the letter of explanation. Any experience or advice is appreciated.
