I am the sponsor and i have linked the spousal application to gckey. Recently we got request letters for Biometrics and Medical. We got the updates only on the gckey account and PA did not receive any email from regarding the letters.
Also we never got AOR and i see in the tracker that eligibility is completed. now i am not unsure that we will receive eligibility letters on gckey account or just by email like AOR in that case should i raise a webform letting them about this issue.
