ya bro i need know that like my clas wl b startng on 1september and i have two options for january 12 and may 12 ,if embasy issue visa after 1st sep then it is clear that m unable to atend clas on 1st sep nd then i wl plan to atend clas on january12. If wl arive canada near 15sep in this case immigration officer at port of entry may excuse that why you are entring in canada soo early? Bcz ur class are going to start on january 12, nd second in this case i need a defrl letter from uni or not?

garch saab in my knowledge jo visa embassy stamp krke dindi hai it is valid for only 3 months and does not gaurantee re-entry so how you can plan to attend classes in january 12... asli visa tan airport te utter k lagda hai.

again i am not sure you can check with embassy for this fact.

visa valid for 3 months??? Mere bro da pp ma wekhea c oste sticker lagea c uste canada visa likhea c nd puri duration likhi ch jan 11 to dec 12. Ta fir 3 months kida bne? Ma eh kehna k jad meria septembr dia classes ta lagnia ne january dia lagan gea te ma jauunga ta september ch es case ch oh manu puch sakde a k hun teria september dia classes lag nahe sakdia january ch ta aje bhut time a ta tu ena time pehla keo enter kar reha? And university clearly mentioned in offer letter that u can attend class on sep11,jan12,may12 intakes so when embasy stampd me a visa then it clear that i cant atnd sep11 clas bcz it may stampd after sep11 so i can atnd jan12 this is not a isue the point is that why you are entring in canada so early....

Need experienced members here... My LOA expires 19TH Sept, I'm not sure if I'll get my visa by then if I submit my passport after medicals on the 24th of this month..

There is this guy whose LOA is valid upto 20/09/2011.He had ask whether he can leave for canada on 7/09/2011.

What will be his experience at the port of entry?
