I am a journalist based in the Toronto area doing a story about how some international students have been facing financial challenges due to hikes in tuition rates and have had to do sex work to pay for basic necessities such as adequate housing, tuition, books and other needs. I have heard of a whatsapp group in Brampton that has been shared among international students in the Brampton community. Is there a way to find out the name of the group and how to join? I would like to talk to students who have joined the group as well as other international students doing sex work. Please reply to this thread in you are able to provide information that would be helpful for my reporting or if you are an international student who would like to do an interview.
