I was a PR in 2005 but left Canada when I was a minor. I applied for renewal of PR card on Humanitarian & Compassionate grounds in 2023. In 2025, I received an email that a PR card was prepared for me and it had to be collected within 180 days of notice. I failed to collect it because PRTD processing took longer. So as per rules, IRCC sent the PR card for destruction. Now I want to know how can I apply for a new card after entering Canada as I cannot show RO. My PRTD category is RC-1 and the stamp mentions Permanent Resident.
