Renewal of PR card

Dear Mr. Leon
Would you please advise me after read my P.R. situation:
I got my PR. on 2004 and I applied for citizenship on end of 2007
for personal reasons I left Canada to stay with my parents and I did not back
to Canada. I am not married.
My PR. expired on Nov 2008, I m living in the middle east now.
I want to back and live in Canada after my parents expired.
Have I any chance to renew my P.R. or back to Canada to stay continuously.
Please I need you advise.

Looking at your old posts, I find it confusing that you post many different scenarios. In one post, you say you are a visitor in Canada married to a Canadian man, in another, you say you landed as a skilled worker in 2010. Are you posting hypothetical questions?

In a case like this of an adult choosing to leave Canada 7 years ago and not returning since then, it is unlikely that you will be able to keep your PR. The only chance may be if you had return in order to take care of your terminally ill parents and that you can prove that and that you are applying for a travel document shortly after they have died.

I am aware that the stamps from H.K need not be translated. Those from China need to. What about the ones from Malaysia and Indonesia?
