Remedical to PPR Timeline?

I have called them thrice in the last three weeks, and all three times they did confirm that everything else (eligibility, criminal it y and security) has been cleared.

It looks very unsual for the remedicals to take so long to clear. Usually remedicals are cleared in 10 days as observed in the forum. Did you upload the acknowledgement letter via webform?
What does the acknowledgement letter states?

When we got remedicals done, we were given emedical tracking sheet. Did you get that?

It was for Australia for my spouse. I submitted it earlier but I guess the previous one is not valid any more, as my case has been dragged for more then 19 months now. In last request they ask for updated PCC for myself but may be forgot to ask for my spouse at that time. Soon I submitted mine they sent another request.
Was your spouse's pcc submitted along with the initial application? If not, was it asked as an adr during the processing? If it was asked as an ADR then did you upload the pcc in online account?
If not, did you submit it via webform?
Was there an expiry date on the pcc?

In our case we were asked for rcmp clearance as adr and we uploaded it on the online account in may 2019 and they never found it and we got to know about it that a final reminder will be sent soon in Jan 2020. We raised a webform notifying that we have already uploaded RCMP clearance on the online account in May 2019, uploaded the screenshots and also resubmitted the rcmp clearance via webform again. We also emailed ottawa office with the same and in few days they told us that they were able to find the rcmp clearance certificate

Yes, I did upload e-medical information sheet(or acknowledgement) that we received from the doc via web form on Thursday.

I think you should do it. I did it because of two reasons:
1. Agent told me that although it was not really required if the doc was confirming the upload, she said I could do it just to be safe from my side.
2. I received a response to my web form enquiry which said something like this - “we checked your profile and can confirm that your medical results were not on your file. Feel free to provide us acknowledgement that you received from the doc”.

Update:

I called IRCC yesterday and got to know that my eligibility, security etc. were all cleared by the officer on the day my remedical request was triggered (Jan-29-2020), and that he was now waiting just to see my updated medical reports before finalizing the application.

He also told me that remedical is sent only when the officer is satisfied with everything else, and the older medical results have expired. So yes, getting remedical request is definitely a sign that the case is close to the finish line.

Friends - from here on, it may (or may not!!) take some time for the actual case closure processing and to trigger PPR email, but your application shouldn’t have anymore red flags tagged on it as such.
Hi! When was your medical expired? Thank You!
