remed for non accompanying spouse?

Hello everyone,
I got AOR last year in January and my wife and daughter will not be accompanying with me at this time. But we all received upfront med exam before ITA per IRCC requirements. It's been like 18 month since our last medical exam. Today I received a letter from IRCC requesting another medical exam. However I noticed that in the attached IMM1017 form only my bio information was mentioned.
Does anyone know if my wife and daughter should also perform the remed exam with me? Or maybe only I should do the remed exam?

If you received one form with your info, only you should do the remedical. Most likely, theirs got auto-extented.
