If you're confident that you answered the question, probably a 60% chance of an increase. i had similar scores, and was confident, and saw and increase in the score with EOR in my writing.

I have already appeared four times for IELTS exam. From them first two with IDP and other two with BC. I always scored 6.5 in writing except in Third attempt in which I scored 7. In last exam I scored L8 R 8.5 W6.5 S7. I was thinking to apply for Revaluation in writing. Will I get 0.5 more. My paper went good and my tutor also feels like my writing should get 7.

My wife score is L 8.5, R 6.5, S 7, W 7. She commited a blunder in reading. Instead of writing answers in roman letters she wrote answer in numbers. There were 6 such questions. She is confident that this is only reason for low score in reading.

There is no chance to increase score in reading. In my advice you didn't take risk for apply EOR because it is a time & money wasting game. There are chances of increase in score is only Writing & Speaking.
