  1. I agree. The score should decrease. 444 should be fine, just stay tune now.

  2. Well not sure where you re now, but maybe not a good idea to take exams in Canada. Honestly the result may be very random somehow. I have been in US for 5 years for a degree, coming to Canada and working for 1 year. I got 5.5 in speaking which totally dragged me lose my confidence in English :). Although I admitted that I didnt spend much time for studying before the test. But I still expected of 6.0 not 5.5. Shared my experience so you can have some ideas. I advise you take a rest. Maybe you can try other BC or IDP in your country, but dont have to travel to other countries for this.

  3. In the second half of the year, scores are expected to drop. 444 is not far from the current interval.

  4. What is this based on?

  5. previous draws. Usually, between Jan and June, we see very high scores. In 2017, even 413 was a hit!
    There's no guarantee though.

  6. I received them within 3 weeks time. Sorry for the late reply

    Computer Based Exam
    India - Chennai
    30/03/2019 - First attempt.

    L - 8
    R - 7.5
    S - 7.5
    W - 6.5
    Average - 7.5

I'm pretty sure my writing was above average. I nailed the essay and I'm sure I deserve more than 6.5. In-fact, I did writing better than the other 3 modules. I'm going to apply for re-enquiry tomorrow. I'll update after I get the results. I'm furious about how they evaluate. I may not be Shakespeare, but I can use the language decent enough. I'm looking at OET in case re-eval doesn't work out. This so called 'standard test' is a joke.

  8. It is a joke. I had a 9 in the rest of the sections and a 6.5 in the writing before my EOR, and I write for a living. Submit it and hope for the best.

  9. Got my computer delivered ielts test today
    Listening-9

Do i need to consider reevaluation or again appear in the test.kindly guide me.

  10. I'm on the same boat, but i applied for revaluation only for writing
If you are confident about your performance and willing to lose some money, you should simply go for it.

  12. Thats great..... but i think i have 2 sections to consider for remark and then it will be a rare possibilty that my writing and speaking both get remarked ......shit i need 0.5 only

  13. Do you know how long it may take to get it EoR from the date they receive the application, only for writing?

  14. Based on the posts in this forum, it varies a lot. Minimum 1 day to maximum 4 to 5 weeks. Average should be around 2 - 2.5 weeks.

  15. I'm really tired!
    my 2nd attempt : Writing 7 Speaking 7 Reading 8 Listening 7
    3rd attempt : Writing 6.5 Speaking 8.5 Reading 8.5 Listening 8.5 - EOR ----> didn't change
