I have a few questions,

I am a qualified skilled tradesman.

Would it be possible to work for my new employer while an lmia is pending because I do have my own social number for canada?

or is it best to wait Until i get my new LMIA approved with my new employer.

I do have family there and our own transport and a place to live whenever we want it.

During this process our PR status will be supported by my new employer.

Any advice ????? On what to do?????????

Submitting an LMIA application does NOT grant you the right to work. An employer receiving approved LMIA does NOT grant you the right to work. You need to actually be approved for a work permit. If you work before then, you will be working illegally.

Thank you.

I wanted to ask this question because I still have my social number valid til 2019 and that's what you need with lmia and work permit to legally work abroad.

Can i then go and stay as a visitor at my relatives until my lmia and work permit is approved so I can then work as intended?

Having a SIN does not in any way grant a temporary resident the right to work. You need a work permit.

You can come to Canada as a visitor while waiting for the LMIA to be processed

Thank you,

If I did go and stay as a visitor until the whole lmia process is granted. How long can i stay?

My relative said I can live with them so technically this is a better option?

Would I need to show proof that i can stay at my relatives?

Thanks

The length of stay is decided by CBSA upon entry; the standard is 6 months.

Not sure what you mean about showing proof that you can stay at your relatives.
