Relationship Claim point

Dear Members

I want your kind advice on the issue of proof of relationship. In my case my brother in law has received his PR card some 8 motn back . But now a days he is in Pakistan . He has no residence in Canada. He planning to move with family in a year. Please advice can I claim relative points if yes then what document should I submit.

Sorry brother, you cannot claim points for this as your brother is not residing currently in Canada

Agreed. You'll receive no relative points for your brother in law. He would need to be living in Canada in order for you to get points.
