when i received the letter, the address from on the top of the letter was from Nova Scotia one.
So i think after having review they have rejected the app itself to the nova scotia... In canada only ...

Am i right???

If this was your first letter to be received , then send the letter to CIO. So please change on your profile and write PER and not AOR, that is why Cappuccino, is confused whether you were rejected at the level of the embassy or CIO.

For post June you talk of AOR only when documents have been sent to the visa office.
'Hope it is very clear now.

Really very sorry hear your situation. Did you receive the mail from Nova Scotia or your VO? Is this your first letter from CIO? Before you received mail from CIO which is mentioned your eligibility positive for PER. Please clear to us. Take care you.

Best of luck.

hi everyone, same problem with my application....the same statement that the fsw-cic sent me...due to lack of proof of relationship with my sister, they need the birth certificate, utility bills, lease of agreements, etc...my application was refused....my agent here in the philippines, advised me to submit again new application....my problem is, what about the application fee that i submitted? is it refundable?....thanks..

Yes i have submited the birth certificate of my mother and my aunt.
the thing is in our indian culture the name changes at the end by bhai, kumar, lal etc.

In my mother's certi the name of her father is Jitubhai, but in my aunt's certi the name is Jitendrabhai...
But i have submitted the affidavit by court saying that these two person are same as the names are differnt as the social purpose...

Lets see what happen now??

This is likely to cause you some problems as the father's names in both documents do not 'match'. Does the father name change from child to child in India? Did you include any proof of this culture in the package you sent? Obviously, you do realise that whoever is going to treat your case will most likely have no firsthand knowledge of this Indian culture to which you have alluded.

she is my aunt, when i applied i put in file the following

sponsor letter from her
her passport
her utility bill
her bank statement

anything else i need?

the reason i tell you again as they have stated

No points were assigned for a relative in Canada as sufficient documentation was not on file to satisfy me of the relationship with Kalpanaben Priyawadan (Official documentation indicating the name of this individual's Mother and Father was not provided)

what does this line says ???
(Official documentation indicating the name of this individual's Mother and Father was not provided)

???

You submitted incomplete information. For your aunt - you did not submit any documents showing her parents name like birth certificate or any other documents.
In this case as I know the most effective if your Canadian citizen aunt herself prepare a statement declaring the relation between you. Why not try that? Best luck.
