Seems to me this is a really stupid mistake filling out the Schedule 3, since NOC 3131 is clearly not DENTIST. Did you complete these forms yourself or did you have a representative?

Wayne, You have misunderstood this. Its not his mistake but CIC officer. He filled the forms correctly and wrote the right NOC code for pharmacist. He is pharmacist and not dentist but CIC officer mistaken him for a dentist and rejected him. That CIC officer should be sacked immediately I suppose. I have advised him already what to do...check this

Dear Muteman!

I agree with you its CIC officer's blunder. I think CIC have started employing incompetent people. Its not only you who is wrongly rejected but I saw another applicant viktoria from 26/6 thread. All the best to you and keep fighting your case.

OK yes this is clearly CIC's error, and CIO should be contacted immediately.

Yes, sometimes they also make mistakes. So they should be able to correct it. They also made a mistake in my case. The visa officer ask me for a police certificate from Britain, when i have never been to Britain at all.

I took London Chambers of Commerce Examination and Royal Society of Arts Examination, while i was in my home country and he saw the certification and thought i studied in Britain. The center where i took the exams was clearly written in my application. These exams can be taken anywhere in the world, i am sure he has no clue about these examinations. Anyway i do not blame him or her, he is a French speaker and knows nothing about English Examinations.

I also attended an educational Conference in the USA for several days and he was asking for a police certificate also, i wrote already a letter explaining all to him. I still have copies of my visa for the USA , so i can always disprove him. They can not reject me for not providing police report for these countries. I have all the proves.

Just waiting to see what they will say.

Wonderful news that you got a response. Qorax usually says, SEND WHAT THEY ASK FOR, NOTHING MORE, NOTHING LESS. If they asked for a Draft, then I suspect they have NOT sent your application back (the only send back incomplete applications), so they must have yours on hand. If you question it at all, fax CIO back and ask directly. It may save you a lot of trouble rebuilding another application. All the VERY best!
