express entry profile ineligible

HI, I was creating my express entry profile and as soon as I hit submit, it instantly showed my application to be ineligible. What does this mean? Did my profile go through and got rejected or was not even submitted to IRCC due to some error. Please guide.

What is your selection factor score? You need 67 points to be eligible to submit a profile. ECA? IELTS?

It means you are either not eligible or that you answered one or more question incorrectly. The issue is on your side. There is no IRCC error or issue.

I submitted both, ECA and IELTS.

I think I selected two different NOC's, one for my qualification and one for my work experience. Does that make a profile ineligible?

Do you have at least one year of work experience in the NOC you selected as your primary NOC?

selecting two different NOCs in my experience can make you ineligible. best to select the NOC that fits your overall work experience closely. I had this issue at some point until a friend explained same to me.
