can anyone send me the link for the webform "request for reconsideration"

There is no specific link. Use the IRCC webform, and the purpose of the email is "request for reconsideration. Don't forget to include all relevant info about your file.

Also is there any drawback or penalites for request for reconsideration?

But mind you - we are guessing based on what you wrote, we don't know anything in specific detail. This will only work if you are explaining to us and we are understanding correctly, and the VO really did make an error -

No, no penalties, of course not. The only drawback is waiting for a response, because IRCC usually takes a couple of weeks to reply.

In the meantime, just in case it doesn't work, you could get started on submitting a new profile.

Can anyone please give suggestion on this..

Hi,

I just had a query regarding the work experience. My wife is the primary applicant and we have recieved AOR on March 04th. Her work experience starts from September 2013 till date in SAME company. So as of now almost 3.6 years. She is into full time (45 hrs) per week from the beginning she joined till date. She joined as a Trainee > Assistant>Coordinator (Current designation). We have submitted a Certified letter from HR along with Roles and Responsibilities stating that she is a bonafied employee since Sep 2013 till date signed and sealed by her manager.

Hope this is enough for CIC to calculate her work experience.

Please advise..

If it meets the cic requirements in a letter then it'll probably be fine.

You have to meet 2 sets of rules - one set for the program, and one for EE.

1) Minimum entry qualifications - for CEC, you have to have at least one year of full-time skilled work experience within the 3 years before you apply.
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/cec/apply-who.asp

2) CRS points - Skilled Canadian work experience within the past 10 years

I don't know when you applied, but it sounds like some of your 1 year of work experience was older than 3 years.

Hi

I have 1 year of work experience.. 9 months in Company A then moved to a new role in Company B. I have 6 months of experience in Company B. Both of the roles are in the same NOC. I didn't take a break between the jobs. Will I be eligible to claim more than 1 year of continuous work experience? Please help me.. hoping to get ITA tomorrow if possible. Thanks
