Reiceved RPRF and medical request what does it mean

I recieved RPRF and medical request. Inaddition the CHC office ask me to provide 5 recent photos of principal applicant and also all depending children. e status is showing in process
what does it mean? The visa office already conpleted the background and other checking or they will do it after recieving the RPRF.
Please share your experience.

It is difficult to say with Suretly that all checks are complete.

There are cases where people have submitted the passport in January and CHC is telling them checks are still under process
