Registered / Xpress post by Canada Post ....which address to use ?

Hello ,

I have got a quick question .Need to send my application through either Registered or Xpress Post so which address I need to use ? Courier or Regular mail ? I believe I need to use the courier one , however need to double check .

Use whichever requires name and signature of receiver. Get proof of delivery mailed to you or electronically. Do not sent to PO Box.
