Which IRCC portal to use for visitor visa after previously holding an OWP (expired now)?

Hi everyone!

I previously held a Canadian Open Work Permit (OWP) and am now applying for a visitor visa from outside Canada.

Should I use the regular IRCC Portal, IRCC Portal New Version, or GCKey? Has anyone been in a similar situation? Which portal did you use?
