Regarding PCC

I need help regarding PCCs. I have never lived abroad, but I have lived at different addresses in Lahore,Pakistan and also in some other cities of Pakistan. My question is that when I apply for PCC, do I have to write all the addresses I have lived at since my 18th birthday or just the current address will suffice. Please friends, I need urgent help as I have been asked to send PCCs alongwith medicals.

I have lived in different cities in Pakistan and have lived abroad....I had sent my FBI clearance from the US and had given my current cities PCC (NOT FROM ALL CITIES) like a lot of people say u need to send....but you DO need to mention all ur addresses....don't miss out any address !!!!

Hi,

It depends on what is the procedure of the PCC is in your country. In India I applied for the PCC through Local police station near my house and they handed me a form asking for my current address only. Then the local police station sent my information to a Central police station in my City where they check for any previous criminal records. Once this is clear then the PCC file is sent back to the local Police station where they issue the PCC in person. Usually a senior Police Officer like Deputy Commissioner of Police would sign the PCC in front of the applicant.

You can show major addresses where you stayed for long. They mainly look the latest city for file update.

1 PCC from the latest city is enough for Immigration. You don't need several PCC from different cities.

i got pcc from passport office india.just fill simple application by indian passpot office online.it takes max 5days by mail

I Have got a PCC from Malaysian Govt 8 month back and left malaysia and Now living and working in India. If I apply for Immigration Do I need to Get Again New PCC from Malaysia ???? And India
Please advice needed on this matter.
