Regarding 1 Year experience for PR - Please help

Hi Everyone,

For 1 year experience in Canada it is either 1560 hours or 12 months for applying under experience class.I am working 44 hours/week as per my project requirement, Based on that my 1560 hours will be completed in 9 months. So can that be considerable or I have to wait for 12 months before applying under experience class. Can someone please help me in this

It's a minimum of 1560 hours AND 12 months, not OR.

The requirement is a MINIMUM of 12 months of full-time work. Full-time is defined as "at least 30 hours per week." That means whether you work 30 hours, 40, or 80 hours per week, it is all the same thing - full time.
