I am a full time employee working 40 hours a week. Does Canadian Experience Class look at 1 year as an eligibility criteria or 1560 hours as the eligibility criteria.

Reason behind the question: With 40 hours a week , I will hit 1560 hours in less than a year. Looking to see if I will be eligible before the actual 1 year period ends ? Thanks in advance for your time. !

Both. You need to work at least one year in Canada and then the hours. You are not eligible until one year of Canadian experience.

Question! Help!

I have one year skilled work for CEC but I changed jobs. What would be my primary job? the one year or the new one?

Also can ROE/Letter of employment count as Offer letter if I will use the old job?

One year. Why do you need offer letter?

Need to be exactly one year and more than 1560 hr.
For example, Aug 8 2020 to Aug 8 2021 with more than 1560 hr.
However, you can create and submit your profile one month early before you reached one year experience on IRCC.

IRCC's definition of full time is 30 hours per week. Even if you work 40 hours per week, only 30 hours would count per week.
30 hours/week for 12 months = 1 year full time (1,560 hours)
