Subsection 11(1)of the Act states that"a foreing nationl must,before entering Canada,apply to an officer for a visa or for any other document required by the Regulatios.The visa or document shall be issued if ,following an examination ,the officer is satisfied that the foreign national is not inadmissible and meet the reguirements of this Act.

Subsection 2(1) specifies that unless otherwise indicated,references in the Act to "this act" include regulations made under it.

My file was closed due to this requirements, but I'm not sure what exactly this acts mean? Can anyone explain it to me I would appreciate so much. I have applied for working permit as a caregiver. THANK YOU

Milochka. I am sorry for the refusal. Apply for your GCMS notes and they will give you valuable information about the refusal. The notes will guide you for the next step. There are lots of topics on forum about GCMS and how to order them. They take about a month. Do a search in the top right hand white box on the main forum page. Good luck.

There must be a reason or more why it was refused. It maybe your finances, travel history, purpose of visit etc.
You can always re apply as long as your LMO is still valid and you will satisfy the Visa Officer about the reasons of your refusal. Reapply only if you have supplied a new evidence/fact, explanation, affidavit with regards to the reason/s of your refusal.
