Refused because of no communication after e medical

Very very strange.

Its definitely a mistake from someone's part. Stay strong, keep bothering them till you have PPR.

Yes, that's why sometimes i can't blame my self but there's a lot of people who got their PR saying that it's not my mistake because usually they are not letting CIC no that they are done on their medical that is a part of the doctor. But theres a proof that they send it on time. I just really want just to re open my file I can do what CIC will tell me but the thing is there's no response :-(, I cried for one week already then depressed i cant sleep because even in my dreams I bothered with this. All i can do is patiently waiting on their reply I hope VO will recognize my case i believe they have a good heart to understand my case. Now i need to do a letter and I will send it to ottawa. Thank you for all your support it makes me feel fine.

Because the proof of my medicals that they gave us is only a proof that they send it on time. Yes, mail the proof that you got meds done on time and a letter explaining the situation. Maybe also put
the email CIC send you in the envelope. Make sure you request a signature upon delivery so you have proof
that CIC received your mail.
And just a reminder, make sure you mention your file number, DOB and name for CIC to identify your application
in that letter.

Yes, mail the proof that you got meds done on time and a letter explaining the situation. Maybe also put
the email CIC send you in the envelope. Make sure you request a signature upon delivery so you have proof
that CIC received your mail.
And just a reminder, make sure you mention your file number, DOB and name for CIC to identify your application
in that letter.

Chelsea, the problem here is that ur clinic didn't send out ur medical result to cic at all and u were not aware of it. Even though u did the medical on time, there is probably no guarantee that it will be sent so it was ur fault never to follow it up on the clinic. After I completed my medical here in Ontario, I have to follow up after 3 days to make sure it was sent to immigration and the clinic confirmed it. I never send any receipt of medical result done to cic because it wasn't necessary so my advice to u is to see ur local mp like other members suggest. They will be able to do something on ur case. You can surely do that. You can use any commercial courier like fedex or UPS or can use Canada Priority Post which will be delivered in one day to Ottawa.

Send the letter to the below address:

Apparently CIC did not receive it, so send whatever documents you have to proof that your doc sent
the documents and you did your medicals on time.
There's no reason to argue any longer, write a letter explaining your situation and send
all supporting documents to the address I mentioned above.
Make sure to include emails from CIC and emails you send to CIC in that matter to show that you
showed effort in contacting CIC.

If you choose to send it through Canadapost Priority, the signature option is already included in the original price and you dont need to pay separately. You just need to make sure that you tick that option manually on the envelope once you buy it.

One more idea, did you talk to DMP and ask him if he can issue a letter to CIC saying that the e medical results have been submitted to CIC on a certain date? Just an idea...

Thank you so much, yes i did, i did cried as well infront of her nurse, they dont want me to talk to the doctor because they told me that I dont have appoinment with him, so the nurse will be the one to talk to me, the nurse told me that the only thing that they can do is to give a proof that they send it on time and it should be on CIC already. I have a friend just got his PR this month, same location of the clinic and same doctor and we are the first one who did the medical but he got his PR without informing CIC, he didnt follow up as well on the clinic if they already send it to CIC but he got his PR, I hate to compare because I know we are all different but Im just asking myself why and how it happen in my case.but that's fine because im happy he got his PR, im just asking for reviewing my case maybe there's a possible that they can do.
