My reasons are ; Your proposed studies are not reasonable in light of one or more of: your qualifications, previous studies, missing marksheets, academic record, level of establishment, language abilities, or your future prospects and plans
Now tell me best solution which can hell me to get canada visa

You need to post your question in the International Students section of the forum. You will have to provide the full details of your application: where you're from, IELTS results, what studies you applied for in Canada, your previous education and marks, previous work experience, how much funds you showed, what ties to your home country you demonstrated, what previous travel you have.

I received only mail that your application is refused
But my tracking id is showing that your application is being processed at Canada visa office . I'm not sure about visa because still my passport is in embassy
