Refusals in Express entry (Statutory questions)

Hi ,

I am about to submit my Express entry application .I Have a question regarding Statutory questions in PR. The time when i applied study visa for canada from india, I didn’t mention my NZ refusal and even I didn’t mention this refusal in study permit extension, post grad. work permit application. Should I mention this rejection while applying PR or not ?

yes. it is upto Visa Officer's discretion to verify your entries in your previous study permit applications.
But be honest now.

Don't be absurd. It's an apology either for an inadvertent misrepresentation and a request for leniency OR he can't explain why he lied.
