Hi everyone, could you share how long you have been waiting before you receive your refund for biometrics?
I applied in August 2020 and my study visa and spouse's owp were refused. because our VAC was closed we did not take biometrics. It was written on the cic.gc.ca that we have to wait and they automatically send us refund. But 6 months have passed and no refund yet.

I paid the $100 open work permit holder fee with my open work permit application, but the application was refused. Can I get a refund?
Yes. We will send you a refund of the open work permit holder fee. You do not have to do anything.
However, you are not eligible for a refund of the work permit processing fee.
