Hi guys
on 14th of February i made a claim on Toronto airport and my hearing was 15th of June. i move to Alberta two days after my claim and my address at Alberta was given to immigration right there in Toronto.
i met a legal ads Alberta and appointment was fix and my intention was to ask the lawyer if i will apply to move my hearing to Alberta since i live her now.
on 24th of April i received a letter from immigration saying that my refugees protection hearing has been postponed for administrative reason. and the notice of the new date and the location will be provided to me.
still waiting to discusses with my lawyer when we meet next week.
i dont know if anyone in the forum have any idea what they mean by hearing date and location and for how long will i wait.
