In Schedule A and Additional Family Information forms it says "Enter all names in English and in your native language or script (for example, Arabic, Cyrillic, Chinese, Korean or Japanese script or Chinese commercial/telegraphic code)". Do you enter names (including applicant's name) in English and native language as well, in the same field?
