I want to know if i can apply refugee visa going to Canada,I'm a Filipino and i live in the Philippines,i was widowed for 7 years,since i got married my husband is very irresponsible person,he never give any money for us for our needs,im be the one who worked to have money for our needs,he always hit me,i was a battered wife,i was suffered until he was die due to always drunk wine and using drugs,my 3 kids was a child abused victims from a friend of my husband.Now that i am widowed i asked many time from our government any help because im jobless now,the company i was working before was already closed,its hard to find a job in my age now because lots of fresh graduates they are priority to accept than me who are over age.Our Government never give any help i was suffering my kids stop their study in college because i can't afford to support their school tuition and and i earned money from accepting laundry,my income is enough for our dailly foods.my 3 kids is very quite due to our past experienced from my husband before.
Until now i don't where i asked help.We are suffering a lot i want my daughter finish even her college school but the government never give any cents for us.
That is the reason my i want to apply as a refugee in Canada,i hope and pray that Canadian Government will allow me to apply.
I want to know also how to start my application.What will i do?
