Hello i arrived to canada a short time ago . my country is at war i have breathing issues and disabled hand and cant sustain myself in the long term .
i am Palestinian and i consider to seek redugee in Canada . i have some money left from family and charity organizations.
may i ask if i am on benefits for a long time such as social assistance or disability programs later on because it will be hard for me to work .
that would impact my pr or even citizenship, will my unemployment jeopardize my status

No impact. However you should have claimed asylum as soon as you entered Canada.

So you have money to pay for a lawyer. Why the long wait? Make a claim on paper as soon as possible. Since you are Palestinian with no citizenship then claim should be approved but will take a long time.

i dont have money for lawyer right now i am in quebec and i applied for aide juridique and many lawyers put me on list as they are full
