It is odd that someone asks for protection just to leave the country right after getting it. I know it is unfair being away from your family but the Refugee system was built to offer people protection form their Home country not to get a free pass to stay here without going through the long expensive immigration regular process like all other immigrants, Just to leave and use your home country documents to live elsewhere.
