Only certain countries in Europe. You can check the travel requirements on this website for your intended destination. https://www.iatatravelcentre.com/
Come back easily (assuming it's your return journey back to Canada) - it depends. As long as you haven't travelled to your home country, or you're not carrying/done anything illegal, and you have your RTD along with a copy of your Notice of Decision, then you should be cleared easily. They might however do a secondary inspection but that's usually part of the process.
