Call them in the morning before 10 every 2-3 days and ask for the application number and status.
Has anyone recently traveled to Thailand with a refugee travel document? In the Thailand Digital Arrival Card, what to write under nationality?
I submitted my refugee travel document application and was returned due to missing document and then I send resubmitted the application with missing document on 26 May. Yesterday I just wanted to confirm my application status, they told me they haven't received my application. Has this ever happen to anyone? Have they lost my application?
Hi! We received it today. It was issued on June 17th and received on July 7th! I hope you receive yours soon, too.
For everyone worried about no tracking number, IRCC is sending travel documents through Purolator and for my dad and my mom, they didn’t have any tracking number and both were received via Purolator. So don’t worry if they don’t have the tracking number, you’ll hopefully receive it soon!

Just wanted to share what I’m dealing with in case anyone else is going through this or has advice. IRCC confirmed they got my Refugee Travel Document application on May 28th. On June 30th, they said it was approved and I’d be getting my travel document soon. Then, a week later, they said it’s still in process. I called and sent web forms, but they never really explain the mixed messages and I’m left in the dark.
Has anyone experienced this before or have any possible answers?

Hi Guys! I just wanted to ask whether returning back to Canada with the refugee travel document is easy? Without PR card etc? I’m traveling for the first time and I’m wondering whether I can return to Canada with just RTD without any issues. I’ve submitted my PR application but it’s still processing.
