my loved one is exactly in the same case. exactly. approved on June 18th, no tracking number available to IRCC agents on the phone and still not received.

OMG, I am on the same boat!!
I call them almost every day and they say they don’t have the tracking number, It's been so long we should have received it now, let me know if you receive it!

Call them in the morning before 10 every 2-3 days and ask for the application number and status.
Has anyone recently traveled to Thailand with a refugee travel document? In the Thailand Digital Arrival Card, what to write under nationality?
I submitted my refugee travel document application and was returned due to missing document and then I send resubmitted the application with missing document on 26 May. Yesterday I just wanted to confirm my application status, they told me they haven't received my application. Has this ever happen to anyone? Have they lost my application?
Hi! We received it today. It was issued on June 17th and received on July 7th! I hope you receive yours soon, too.
For everyone worried about no tracking number, IRCC is sending travel documents through Purolator and for my dad and my mom, they didn’t have any tracking number and both were received via Purolator. So don’t worry if they don’t have the tracking number, you’ll hopefully receive it soon!
