i applied on April 25 , what is the expected time for the arrival of the travel document to me

Mine was delivered on 8th and went in their system on 16th. I called at 9 am in the morning today and it was still in process. Did they tell you when it went in their system?

No.I didn't ask about those dates. When they told me it was sent I was so happy and didn't ask about the dates
