I believe if you get visa from pakistan consulate it would be yes otherwise no

But any one can suggest what should be guarantor? Before I select one of my friends but he is rejected
The guarantor must be a lawyer, doctor, solicitor, principal of the school, or Iamam of mosque or any religious place who knows you at least for a couple of years
if you're a convention refugee or a protected person you'll apply for Refugee travel document. If you're a person who's stateless, or can’t get a national passport or travel document from any source for a valid reason you should apply for Certificate of identity. eaither way, you'll need a VISA to visit Greece.

I just received this email as a response from RTD Center after sending them an email asking about the status of my application.
Anyone knows what does this message mean?
