Today I called irrcc again they said if you don’t get it you can fill Lost or stolen form (PPTC 203) and pay regular fee+45$ extra fee.

It was processed in 10 days but for the Canada Post strike Puralator took 2 months to deliver.

Typically the government waits and hopes that Canadapost goes back to work before going to alternate carriers. The strike went on long enough they had to do something while it seems like they were waiting it out until the partial back to work this time.

They can give a tracking number if they dispatch your RTD with Canada Post. If it is Purolator, there is no tracking number. I applied for my daughter (16 yrs) and myself. Purolator delivered my one, but there was no tracking number. My daughter's one is to be delivered by Canada Post, it has a tracking number but is not yet activated. It got stuck for the strike. IRCC says they dispatched it on Nov 14th. I received my one on Nov 18 but still waiting for my daughter's RTD. I went to the Canada Post, and they said that they have nothing to do if the tracking is not activated; IRCC says, they are done with their part. I have no clue except waiting.

How long purlator took to deliver yours . Purlator have mines it’s been 2 weeks now

I applied RTD for myself and family by courier on 07May2024 and yesterday i called to know the status and agent said our application is updated in system on 23May2024 and she had no other answer.

can anyone help after updation in system how long will it take to finalize.

Hi, I was wondering if you had a guarantor with the listed occupations or whether you used the Statutory Declaration in Lieu of Guarantor form?

If you used the Statutory Declaration form, did you have to do 2 separate ones for yourself and your child or could you use the same form for both of you?

I would fill 2 separate ones just to be safe side and prevent them from returning it back to you . The wait for travel document is pretty long

Delivery is not done Via Canada post.Purolator handles that aspect even before the strike.

My one was delivered by Canada Post. He was in Canada Post uniform, and I signed the device while receiving my RTD,
