They can give a tracking number if they dispatch your RTD with Canada Post. If it is Purolator, there is no tracking number. I applied for my daughter (16 yrs) and myself. Purolator delivered my one, but there was no tracking number. My daughter's one is to be delivered by Canada Post, it has a tracking number but is not yet activated. It got stuck for the strike. IRCC says they dispatched it on Nov 14th. I received my one on Nov 18 but still waiting for my daughter's RTD. I went to the Canada Post, and they said that they have nothing to do if the tracking is not activated; IRCC says, they are done with their part. I have no clue except waiting.
