Received request for supported documents by June 2025
Receiving notification letter that the case will need hearing and it will be schedule later by end of June 2025

Think you mean you were told you will need a hearing on June 2025 which could take a few years.

The question is why IRB conducted multiple hearings for your case. Sounds pretty unusual.

How do people usually contact IRB to get a feedback? Is it through the email of the office handling the office or what? Because the calls are always directing to a voicemail. And do they respond?

Based on my experience, if you see under Referral decision section of your IRCC Portal:
'Date + Not available'
it means the IRB likely has made a decision on your claim whether accepted or not, and you will receive the decision by mail if you don't have a counsel.
If you do have counsel then it will send to him or her only, so contact the counsel.
