Can you please tell me that the following letter is fine for NOC 2282

This is to confirm that <name> DOB resident of Mississauga is working with <company name> as technical support specialist( noc 2282) since 4th November 2012 until to date. he is a full time contract employee devoting 40 hours a week, with an hourly wage of 13.50 Cad with 2 weeks of paid vacation and performs the following duties independently:
