Reference letter 1 year completion question?

Hi
I sumitted my application on april 15th.My reference letter has a date of April 14th.But i provided only paystubs upto april5th.Again my pay check will be coming on april 19th.So i just provided paystubs until last pay check.So my question is does Vo consider date until we got payed or date on the reference letter.

If you have completed 1 year as on April 14th then you should be fine.

Yes i completed 1 year as of April 14th.But pay check i provided is up to April 5th only.The next pay check is due for April 25th.

If you have completed 1 year experience as on 14th, you should be okay. They also see the date you started working on your particular NOC code & details on your reference letter etc to assess it.
If they have doubts they might contact your employer to verify it anyway. Or may ask u for more documents if they need any. Till then dont worry as long as you are sure you completed 1 year experience.

You should be fine. I was also in your shoes and I have received my passport request. Your reference letter is the most important piece of document and paystubs are also important but regard them as supporting documents.

Reference letter is most Important. If it already mentions duration of 12 months or above, then VO might not even bother about your paystub.
