Recreating EE profile! Please help!

Hi guys,

I had to withdraw my EE profile because the profile status was "updated but not submitted" from past 3-4 days after I had made a change to the education section.

The question I have is, do I need to create a new GCkey in order to create a new profile or just use the old GCkey?
