I have just completed a B.Comm degree, and at present completing a Masters in Information Systems Management. I am a mature Student and I have been studying for 4 years now and keen to get back into the workplace and use my qualifications. I finish my Masters in June, and with the current economical climate in Ireland, was hoping to go to Canada for work. It seems I do not qualify for a Visa though as I do not have enough work experience in my qualification. Is it possible for me to go to Canada and then search for work, and hopefully get sponsored once I get there? I hope somebody can advice me on this, as it seems I need to have at least one years experience before I can get a visa to go, and I'm hoping there is another way around this so I can leave as soon as I am finished.

Dear Simoneke, you can go to canada as a visitor. Then search there for work and once you get one, you apply for a work permit visa. But things are not soo simple. I advice you to apply for jobs while you'r in Ireland.
Use the links below:
1- www.jobbankcanada.com
2- servicecanada.gc.ca/eng/lifeevents/job.shtml

after forking for one year or more you can apply for PR through any program.

Best wishes.
