IBU - Request fo PAL

Good Day,

I just want to ask regarding my case. I enrolled at IBU taking Masters in Global Business Management. My visa application got refused twice.

Now I'm planning to relodge for September 2025 intake and I need to get PAL before proceeding to my application.

Can I still get PAL after two refusals? It's my first time to request for PAL.

You can attempt to get PAL. I have no idea whether IBU has had PAL spots allocated to them because this school is not known in Canada and is on considered high quality education. Would suggest applying to a public university.
