On 24 April they were processing 14 February applications. It is likely that they have done all the February ones in the past week and are now with March applications. Let us know what the update email was about

Today at 8:30AM I got an e-mail from CIC that I got some update on my account, when I logged in there is nothing in my account. I applied on March 9th. Any one know what does it mean ? Why I received e-mail ?

Any advise appreciated.

I will keep you posted guys, But I feel still 9 to 10 days they need to start my application as per 60 to 62 days time. Because I applied on 9th March.

Note that 62 days or whatever it is is the "average" time to completely process an application, it is likely that a well prepared application just flies through the process! There will be some which will be over the average and some which will be below the average. Wishing you see good news in the very near future.

My application got approved. I had no update in my Email. But just opened up my CIC account and it said that the application is approved. Thanks guys for all your support.

Hi, anyone applied with spouse after Feb 20th, and got approval now ? did CIC send you notice to pay open work permit holder fee during your waiting time ? Please let me know the timeline (processing time)
