My IEC Young Professionals is about to expire in February 22nd.
I received a NOI from OINP in February 14th.
I meet the requirements of 12 months of full time work in Canada, however, one of the requirements is to have a valid work permit at the moment that the application is being processed.
Should I apply to extend my work permit now, so I`ll have a valid work permit meanwhile both are being processed. Or is there anything I can do not to lose the opportunity to have a Nomination approved?
